Catherine Francis is the Associate Director for the Clinical Services in Psychopharmacology Program. She is in charge of the daily operations of the consultation team, assessing data related to medication consent requests, preparing consultation reports for the child psychiatric consultants, and relaying their recommendations to the DCFS authorized agents. In addition, Ms. Francis coordinates all aspects of the operating system including productivity reports, research projects and all special projects related to the consultation data. She has 20 years of experience in Child Welfare primarily working on projects for youth in Residential and Psychiatric Hospital care. She began her career in the IDCFS Director’s Office working for then Director, Jess McDonald. Outside of work, she enjoys running, swimming, hiking and biking.
