Fedra Najjar, MD, is the director of the neurodevelopmental disorder psychopharmacology clinic at University of Illinois Chicago (UIC). She is also the associate medical director of the comprehensive assessment and treatment unit (CATU), an inpatient psychiatric unit at UIC treating adolescents who are in state custody.

Prior to joining UIC staff, doctor Najjar, was on faculty at University of Chicago as the director of the psychopharmacology clinic where she treated psychiatric disorders in child and adolescents and supervised other clinicians.

Doctor Najjar came to the University of Chicago, after graduating from the child and adolescent training program at Brown and having joined their clinical psychiatry staff for some time. For her undergraduate degree, Fedra Najjar graduated from the American university of Beirut, in Beirut Lebanon with a bachelor of science in biology, and medical doctor degree. Doctor Najjar then pursued residency in psychiatry and completed general psychiatry training at the University of Rochester, New York, before specializing in child and adolescent psychiatry.

James Chambliss MD, MPH is an attending physician at UIC working on the inpatient Comprehensive Assessment and Treatment Unit (CATU) unit as well as a Consultant for the Clinical Services in Psychopharmacology (CSP) program. He graduated from the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine and completed residency at the Broadlawns-UnityPoint Psychiatry Residency program. Upon graduating Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) program, he joined the faculty.

Dr. Kelley is board certified in Pediatrics, Adult and Child Psychiatry. She completed her medical education at Rush Medical College, pediatrics at the University of Chicago, general psychiatry at Mass Mental Health Center as well as a fellowship in child psychiatry at Mass Mental Health Center/Harvard Medical School. Dr. Kelley has worked in academic and medical settings in Massachusetts and Chicago. Currently, she is Associate Professor of Child Psychiatry at the University of Illinois Chicago, working as a consultant to Illinois DocAssist. She is also Director of the Pediatric Psychiatry Embedded Clinic at UIC.

Dr. Misch received her BA from Loyola University and her RN and MD from Northwestern University. She completed her Adult Psychiatry Residency at Northwestern University and University of Chicago, and her Child Psychiatry Fellowship at University of Illinois. Dr. Misch previously worked in the public sector with a concentration in chronic mental illness, women’s health, and forensic psychiatry at various times. Currently she is Assistant Professor of Child Psychiatry at University of Illinois working in the DocAssist Program, consultant to Chicago Public School Community Mental Health Programs, and director of the young child behavioral health clinic at UIC.

Dr. Naylor directs the UIC Clinical Services in Psychopharmacology (CSP) program. He earned his medical degree from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and completed his general psychiatry residency, his child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship, and his sleep disorders fellowship at the University of Michigan School of Medicine. He is board certified in child and adolescent psychiatry, general psychiatry and sleep disorders medicine. In addition to his work in the UIC Clinical Services in Psychopharmacology program, he is the Director of the Behavioral Health and Welfare Program and the Comprehensive Assessment and Response Training System (CARTS).
